The Job:
We are partnering with a Global Professional Services market leader who are expanding their Human Resources Team to include an experienced, innovative and progressive APAC Head of Talent Management, Development and Employee Engagement. With the scope to make a positive impact across the APAC business, this role has huge potential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, manage, facilitate, coach and track teams and individuals to ensure their roles and projects are supported/enabled to execute the desired outcomes
• Work closely with Regional and Global leadership in the delivery of development, promotion and engagement of Talent across APAC
• Kick start and manage talent/workforce analytics to support talent strategy and recalibration of talent bench strength and retention within the organisation
• Provide Thought Leadership for Talent, Diversity, Employee Engagement, Performance Management and Change Management
Skills/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree at minimum, Masters and/or MBA preferred
• Proven APAC experience essential
• Ideally a background in Consulting but not essential
• Strong and stable character with excellent communications, analytical & problem solving skills
• Sound judgement and a genuinely collaborative style
• Demonstrate excellent project management skills, highly organized with strong attention to detail
