A global FMCG company is looking for an Asia Pacific Total Rewards Operations Director –
• Provide leadership & oversight to deliver integrated TR operations and program excellence
• Practice and execute global program standards and consistency
• Ensure quality program implementation, delivery and end to end accountability
• Manage complex exceptions and/or service issue escalations to root cause & resolution
Reporting to the Global TR Operations Director you will be responsible for leading the TR Operations team comprising of compensation and benefits operations. You will also oversee the day to day operations of the compensations and benefits programs as well as cyclical compensation and benefits events for the Asia Pacific Region.
You will be university educated with excellent communication skills. A willingness to be hands on is essential as well as a proven track record in being able to build strong relationships. You will be confident and have strong influencing skills. In addition to excellent problem solving skills you will have the following –
• At least 10 years of HR experience with an emphasis on TR Operations in the APAC region
• Experience of forging strong partnerships with HR leadership teams and COEs
• Experience of working for a company in the FMCG or retail space is a plus
• Ability to present effectively to the global team using influencing skills as well as a data driven approach
