Our client is now looking for an experienced C&B Manager to join their team covering payroll operations and employee relations.

Reporting to HR Director, you will lead and support a small team overseeing C&B operations duties from payroll, MPF, taxation, insurance, manpower budget, salary review and bonus exercise etc. You will review, develop and streamline current C&B policies and recommend new initiatives to ensure the business’market competitiveness. You will also lead HRIS related enhancement projects whilst allowing develop good relationship with external vendors on system efficiency and effectiveness. You will also serve as an internal consultant on all C&B / Payroll related matters to internal stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will be a degree holder in HR or related disciplines, with over 8+ years of C&B experience acquired within retail / labour intensive industries. You will demonstrate sound knowledge of different HRIS Systems (SAP, MRC, Peoplesoft), C&B processes and be well-versed in local labour ordinance. Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin required, and immediate available candidates highly regarded.
In addition to this you should have:
- Minimum of 8 years of C&B experience with experience in fast changing working context
- Solid communication and presentation skills, with strong commercial sense
- Stable career track record acquired from previous employment
