Our client is an international group with strong presence in APAC (14 countries) and a lot of expansion plans. They provide various services to airlines and are looking for an energetic HR operations professional to join the company and lead the HR team in Hong Kong.

Reporting to the General Manager in Hong Kong with functional reporting to the Regional HR Director, based in Singapore, this is a generalist and business partner role supporting both the corporate and frontline population in Hong Kong, across all business functions including production, supply chain & quality and corporate. Managing 4 HR support staff, you will look after all HR functions from recruitment and employee relations to compensation, performance and talent management, as well as working closely on staff engagement, HR budgets and manpower planning with the business.
We are looking for an HR generalist with around 4 to 7 years’ experience ideally gained from multinationals. Consumer sector experience would be ideal. You will be well versed in working with employees at all levels as a partner to the business.

• Degree qualified
• A great team-player who is friendly and engaging
• Able to work under a matrix reporting culture and under pressure
• Highly proficient in English and Chinese
