The potential candidate is responsible for managing all facets of HR from recruitment initiatives to HR operational duties including performance management, compensation and benefits, HR analytics and reporting, and other HR administration duties. You will also be managing and ensuring quality of data on the HRIS system. You should be also be familiar with local policies and legislation in order to provide sound advisory to businesses.
The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of HR generalist responsibilities, plus the ability to engage stakeholders within the business. You should be willing to roll up your sleeves and be involved in the operational aspects of the role, demonstrated ability to work independently and also effectively as a team player. In addition, we are looking for the following:
At least five years of relevant HR experience within a professional services environment
Good communication and presentation skills with a global mindset and cultural dexterity
