Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment of all junior to mid level corporate positions. As such you will need to work closely with the business leaders to guide and assist them, translate workforce plans into recruitment strategies. In additional, you will play a key role in expat management, HR projects and HR operations. We are looking for a passionate recruitment professional, with experience within the insurance or banking industry. To be successful in this role, you need to have the ability to be hands on as well as strategic.
In addition, we are also looking for:
• Recruitment experience gained in the insurance and banking industry
• Outstanding communication skills in Cantonese is a must with fluency in Mandarin and English would be advantageous
• Minimum of 6 years of recruitment experience, either in-house or agency
