Our client is a sizeable U.S. company and the industry leader across the countries they operate. They are now looking for a seasoned Assistant HR Operations Manager to join as part of the HR team to cope with business expansion.

Reporting to Regional HR Manager, you will provide practical, timely support, advice and direction to employees on the full cycle of HR activities. You will be held responsible for all on-site HR operations support including on-off boarding logistics, payroll coordination, sales incentives administration, and other ad hoc projects such as organising company events etc.
To be successful in this role, you will be a degree holder with at least 6 years shared services experience acquired from a sizeable MNC; demonstrate sound knowledge with local labour ordinance, and exceptional communications and problem solving skills.
