Our client is a reputable retail group with global presence.  They are now seeking a driven HR professional to join their Hong Kong market team.

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will focus on the brand’s corporate resourcing needs and work closely with line managers to devise the most appropriate resourcing strategies for the business.  You will provide full spectrum HR services to improve recruitment process and performance, as well as recruitment statistics and reports for the business.  Crafting a preferred employer brand is also a key focus to the role, including building relationships with the labour department, NGOs and education institutions.


To qualify, you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a HR generalist or resourcing role, gained from sizable employers with multinational cultures.  Mass recruitment experience would be an advantage.  You will enjoy a dynamic and respectful working environment, and have excellent interpersonal skills.  


In addition we are also looking for:

A degree education

A energetic and personable individual with a credible presence

Retail industry exposure

Language fluency in English and Cantonese
