Our client is a Fortune 500 company with a reputable trademark within the FMCG sector. As part of the team restructuring and expansion, they are currently hiring for an Assistant HR Manager to join as part of the shared services team to support with payroll and performance management arena.

Reporting into the HR Manager, this position assumes full spectrum of HR shared services to employees inclusive of on/off boarding and preparation of employment offers and contracts. You will also monitor and with know-how on performance management and end-to-end payroll processes. Working closely with the global C&B team, the Assistant HR Manager will also help with merit adjustment and incentives calculations aligned with business standards and also ensure all benefits plan are properly enrolled. Ad hoc projects and reportings will be assigned.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated with a stable career track record, with at least 5 years relevant work experience from sizeable organisations/ MNCs. Proficiency in English and Chinese required whilst tactful communications skills with internal stakeholders will help excel in this role. This role also requires individuals with high level of attention to details, a quick learner and team player with results-driven mentality.
