Our client is an SME within the Engineering sector. They are now inviting an Assistant HR Manager to join the team overseeing their HK and PRC operations.
• All round HR Generalist position
• Regional coverage including PRC
• Office Location: HK Island
Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will manage day to day HR operations across HK and PRC regions whilst support senior management team on regional-wide projects. On top of recruitment, manpower planning, this role will also held responsible with payroll operations, annual C&B exercises, policies review and revamp, employee relations and performance management.
You will be degree educated in Human Resources or relevant disciplines, with a minimum of 8 years all round HR Generalist experience (with more focus on Recruitment). You will be familiar with both Hong Kong and PRC labour laws; on top of being a hands-on practical HR, you will also demonstrate the business acumen being the internal advisor to business. Chinese and English will be required for the role. Candidates who are immediate available and/ or experience working for smaller sized companies and start-ups a definite advantage.
