Our client is a small but growing business within the servicing industry. Currently sitting 20 pax in Hong Kong, they are hiring for an Assistant HR Manager to join the team overseeing the HK operations.
• HR Generalist Position
• Local focused role, with regional projects exposure
• Office Location: HK Island
Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will manage the day to day HR operations in HK overseeing around 20 pax, and will involve end to end recruitment, hands on payroll calculation, C&B exercise, policies review, employee relations and performance management. On top of which, the role will also support with ad hoc projects as assigned.
The qualified candidate will be degree educated in Human Resources or relevant disciplines, with a minimum of 6 years all round HR Generalist experience (with more focus on Recruitment). You will be familiar with both Hong Kong and PRC labour laws; on top of being a hands-on practical HR, you will also demonstrate the business acumen being the internal advisor to business. Chinese and English will be required for the role. Candidates who are immediate available and/ or experience working for smaller sized companies and start-ups a definite advantage.
