Our client has grown rapidly through M&A activities throughout the last decade and has dominated itself as a leader within the sourcing industry. They are now hiring for a dynamic and flexible (Assistant) HR Manager to join as part of their expanding team.

Reporting into the HR Director, you will assume all round HR Generalist duties including recruitment & retention, performance management, learning and development and compensation & benefits. You will act as the internal HR advisor building good relationship with both internal and external stakeholders; assist with employer branding through effect communication and work closely within the sizeable HR team to implement company wide HR objectives and programmes.
To qualify, you’d have at least 8+ years HR Generalist experience, preferably from sourcing industry and/or with exposure working within a matrix structured organization. Degree educated, you will also jsbr good level or spoken and written Chinese & English and also demonstrate the maturity and independence working “hands-on” with little supervision.
