Our client is a very well-established organisation within the property sector. To cope with business expansion and brand-rebuilding, they are hiring for a seasoned and independent HR Manger as part of the corporate HR team.

• Team supervisor role
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will lead a team of 2, and assume all-round HR Generalist duties including recruitment, manpower planning, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, labour relations and ad hoc projects as assigned. On top of the daily HR operational duties, you will also act as the internal HR business advisor to senior stakeholders for business goals. This position will be Hong Kong focus only.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated in HR or related disciplines with a minimum of 12 years HR Generalist experience acquired from sizeable companies. You will also have tactful people handling skills working with blue-collar staff and senior stakeholders as the true business partner. As the HR Manager, you will have to be a strong team player whilst also excel on your own with minimal supervision.
