Our client is well-established third party logistics supplier with strong business network across the global region. They are currently hiring for a mature and pragmatic Assistant HR Manager to join as part of their growing and stable team.

Reporting to the HR Manager and the business GM, you will supervise a small HR team to give guidance on daily HR operations in related to manpower planning, reward management, performance management and employee engagement of blue collar staff within the business. You will be the internal HR advisor to propose new and review existing HR policies that enhance employee relations and staff engagement. You will also be involved in ad hoc projects as assigned working closely with the corporate HR team.
The ideal candidate will have an associate HR degree or above with at least 8 years’ experience acquired from labour intensive industries and with experience driving HR initiatives for frontline blue collar staff. You will be well-versed with labour ordinance and present yourself as a mature and personable individual who can communicate well with different levels of staff. You will also be a highly independent HR who can interact in a professional manner to senior business stakeholders.
