Our client is a leading insurance firm with strong presence in Asia. They are now looking for an Assistant Manager for HRIS implementation (1-year contract) to take on a key role in their Digital Transformation team.

Reporting to the Project Lead of the Digital Transformation Team, this person will be responsible for supporting all round activities for the implementation and launch of the new HR Information System (Workday), in Hong Kong and Macau. The role will support on data migration, validation, consolidation, and input, as well as other pre and post launch activities on the HRIS, and assisting the Project Lead to coordinate and execute tasks effectively to ensure a smooth and efficient launch of the system.
We are looking for an organised, fast-faced and experienced HRIS specialist with a minimum of 5 years’ experience. It is essential that you have a good understanding of the whole project cycle. Besides, it would be ideal if you have good knowledge of Workday (candidates with knowledge in other systems will also be considered).
In addition, we are also looking for:
• Degree qualification or above
• Strong experience in Workday implementation
• Outstanding communication skills and senior stakeholders management skills
• Language fluency in English and Cantonese
