Our client is now looking for seasoned L&D professional with extensive experience in Corporate and Customer Service to join them as part of the business expansion plan across Hong Kong and PRC regions.

Reporting to L&D Team Lead, you will manage the end-to-end learning & development processes including working with business leaders and managers to identify corporate and customer service training needs & trends within the business; design, both in-house and with external vendors, a solution which includes a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, 1-2-1 sessions, action learning & e-learning.
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum 8+ years stable L&D experience, acquired from a hospitality or retail industry); you will also demonstrate a strong business partnering sense and with the experience managing external stakeholders, also with the strong communications skills to different levels of staff. Occassional travel to PRC and fluency in English and Mandarin will be required.
