Reporting to the Regional C&B Senior Manager, this role is responsible for the budget, annual cycle, projects and C&B analyses for your respective regions. This is a rare opportunity with a more strategic approach towards compensation and benefits. You will be encouraged to implement and recommend competitive practices and schemes based on surveys and studies. It is equally important that you are able to build a strong relationship and cooperate with multiple stakeholders.
We are looking for an HR professional with a minimum of 6 years of experience and strong knowledge in C&B practices obtained from multinational environment, preferable within the retail industry. The ideal candidate would be detailed oriented with strong analytical and excellent interpersonal skills. It is important that you possess good business acumen and are able to translate into HR strategies to support the business growth.
We are also looking for:
• Degree qualification or above
• Mature candidate with experience working with multiple stakeholders
• A proactive and innovative individual
• Outstanding communication skills with a language fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
