Our client, a leading global financial services organisation, is seeking a solid HR operations candidate who is also able to take on junior business partnering responsibilities for their regional office.

Directly supporting the regional Head of HR Operations, you will have duties across the full spectrum of HR operations, such as vendor management, invoicing, budgetting, supporting manpower planning, analytics and helping to draft policies. You will also be the focal point for the management of the firm’s pension and medical plan, and oversee the payroll vendor. In addition, you will directly support senior HR business partners, and take on junior HR business partnering duties yourself.
The successful candidate will be a knowledgeable HR operations & transactions professional from a large, matrixed organisation, with exposure to areas such as vendor management, benefits administration. They will be highly detail-oriented and numerical, as well as possessing the communication and relationship management skill needed to partner with demanding business stakeholders. Further, the successful candidate will specifically demonstrate:
- At least four years of prior HR operations experience in a large, international company in Hong Kong
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong Excel skills
- Knowledge of HR information systems (ideally Workday)
