Our client is a prominent European engineering brand; currently hiring for an HR Services Assistant Manager to join as part of their growing HR team. The role will be held responsible for areas including payroll, HRIS, insurance, taxation and HR operations.
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will lead the payroll, benefits administration and HRIS for Hong Kong and Macau regions, Whilst ensuring compliance standards are aligned with local employment and taxation law requirements, you will also lead HR policies streamlining and enhancement projects and be responsible for payroll cycles, benefits administration including medical, MPF, leaves, employee share purchase programmes etc. You will also oversee and staff transfers within and exiting the business. On top of that, you will maintain the HRIS and review the effectiveness of the HR processes on an on-going basis. You will also drive annual employment insurance renewal projects, support manpower costing exercises and monthly reports. Other ad hoc HR services tasks will be assigned as required.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated in Accounting, Human Resources or relevant disciplines, with a minimum of 8 year’s HR Services experience acquired from sizeable MNCs. You will demonstrate a solid payroll supervisory experience within complexed work environment, whilst also demonstrate strong leadership skills despite pressure and tight deadlines. Exposure in IPL will be highly regarded and proficiency in both English & Chinese will be required. Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communications skills will help excel in this role. Immediate Available candidates will have definite advantage.
