This role will report to a Project Lead, involving in HR transformation and change initiatives. You will look after the continued implementation and enhancement of the HRIS system as well as handling an outsourcing project. This role will also provide HRIS support and work closely with stakeholder to ensure the alignment of project goals.
We are looking for an organised, fast-faced and experienced HRIS specialist with a minimum of 5 years’ experience gained from sizable organisations. SAP or Oracle knowledge and experience is preferred. In addition, we are also looking for:
• Degree qualification
• Outstanding stakeholder relationship management and communication skills
• A proactive and hands-on team player
• Language fluency in English and Cantonese
