An international financial services client with global presence is looking for an astute and all-rounded country recruiter to meet the hiring needs of their business plans!

You will be responsible for recruitment-related activities for the different business units, where you will manage the full cycle of recruitment from sourcing to offering. Working together with the HR Business Partner and the line managers, you will have to advice on recruitment needs; sourcing strategies; and providing market benchmark information. You may also have to partner with external vendors to promote the company as an employer of choice and create a talent pipeline. Due to the evolving state of the HR function, you will be involved in projects such as process improvements and digital solutions.
The ideal candidate should be familiar with utilising a variety of recruitment strategies and have experience handling volume recruitment for roles of all levels. Experience in driving digital solutions and process improvements is highly valued. You should be a proven multi-tasker with prioritisation skills in order to manage a diverse portfolio of vacancies. Additionally, you should have a strong customer focus, be comfortable working with senior stakeholders, highly motivated, and enjoys a fast-paced environment. We are also looking for:
• Minimum of five years’ recruitment experience from related industry either in an in-house or consulting capacity
• Possess excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English with the confidence and gravitas to face to off to senior management
• Experience in employer branding and psychometric assessments a plus
