Reporting to the Head of HR based in Hong Kong, you will be responsible for managing recruitment of all levels and all functions. As such you will need to work closely with business leaders to guide and assist them, translate workforce plans of each business unit into recruitment strategies to implement in a creative and cost-effective timely manner in the recruitment function. You will also be in charge of some of the HR projects and provide general HR advice to the business. We are looking for a passionate Recruitment professional, and experience within the retail and professional services would be highly advantageous. To be successful in this role, you must have solid end-to-end recruitment experience ideally from an in-house environment. This person also needs to be hands on and be flexible when required. In addition, we are also looking for:
• Recruitment experience gained in an MNC and degree qualified
• Outstanding communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience
