Our client is a local listed conglomerate with strong and growing presence in Hong Kong. They are currently inviting a dynamic and energetic Recruitment calibre to join as part of their Talent Acquisition team.

Reporting into the Senior HR Manager, you will oversee a designated business unit and support business leaders on all recruitment matters. Apart from providing end to end support in recruitment activities, you will also be involved in manpower planning, staff engagement and help driving a company culture aligned with business’ vision, mission & values. On top of which, you will work closely with the Senior HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives. Ad hoc projects will be assigned.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated with a minimum of 6 years recruitment experience, preferable with a mix of recruitment agency and in-house background. You will come across professional and uphold a positive and energetic attitude being the “face” of the HR team, whilst good communication and interpersonal skills will help excel in this role. Chinese and English will be required for this position.
