Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment of all junior to senior retail positions. As such you will need to work closely with retail operations management to guide and assist them, translate workforce plans into recruitment strategies. You will play a key part in streamlining the recruitment process. We are looking for a passionate recruitment professional, with experience within the retail industry. To be successful in this role, you must have solid knowledge in the retail operation space. You would also needs to be hands on and be flexible when required.
In addition, we are also looking for:
• Recruitment experience gained in the industry
• Outstanding communication skills in Cantonese is a must with fluency in Mandarin and English would be advantageous
• Minimum of 6 years of recruitment experience, either in-house or agency
For less experienced candidates they will be considered for a Senior HR Specialist position
