A growing financial services company with an excellent reputation in the market is looking for a confident and assertive compensation and benefits practitioner to be responsible for managing the overall rewards framework within the region.

You will work closely with the business and the wider HR team to design and implement competitive rewards packages as well as being responsible for their ongoing maintenance. You will lead and manage the annual reward processes including rewards surveys, salary reviews and incentive pay-outs. Furthermore, you will review the rewards strategy on a continuous basis to ensure that it is in line with the broader company business plan, and that incentives and executive compensation plans remain competitive in the market. You will also provide regional support to the country HR teams on technical compensation and benefits queries as well as talking part in various ad hoc rewards projects.
The ideal candidate will be university educated with a degree in human resources or other business related subject. You will be highly numerate with strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems. As such, you will be resourceful and innovative in order to adapt in a fluid, changing environment and will have strong planning and organisational skills with a proven record of working under pressure to meet project deadlines. Additionally you should have highly developed interpersonal skills and will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
We are also looking for:
• Minimum ten years’ rewards experience with a strong preference for banking and finance experience, but not essential
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence and gravitas to face off to senior business leaders
• Regional experience in rewards is essential, previous global exposure a plus
