Job Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide support to Compensation & Benefits function:
- Maintain timely update of employees’ master records and data accuracy
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of payroll and accounting reports
- Prepare monthly contribution of provident fund
- Prepare and consolidate actual and forecast reports in terms of headcount and expenses
- Prepare tax returns to employees and tax filing
- Administer rental reimbursement scheme
- Perform benefits administration and support annual group insurance renewal
• Execute process improvement, review and support system enhancement under guidance
• Assist in any HR related initiatives and projects
Requirements:
• University graduate preferably with a major in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in Human Resources
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors will be an advantage
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and any other HR related ordinance
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Proficient in using PC and MS Offices
