Our client is a mid-sized financial services organisation looking to hire an Associate Recruitment Business Partner.

- Reporting to Head of Recruitment Partnering
This role focuses on proactively identifying and developing a pipeline of talent for our key business units with a focus on direct sourcing for either the administration or the Sales and Account Management departments.
A perosn in this role is required to have a high level of commercial awareness suitable for creating innovative and strategic recruitment plans and providing advice to mid management level stakeholders. Mapping the market for each of our specialist divisions will be key to identifying prospective talent, nurturing and maintaining relationships to provide a pipeline of candidates across the UK. A critical purpose of this role is to decrease cost and time to hire whilst improving candidate experience within the business.
This role will suit someone with a previous experience of performing well in a highly service driven environment, ideally recruitment agancy, who is now ready to move in-house. We are looking for strong stakeholder management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with varying priorities. In addition, we are looking for:
- Face to face interview experience
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Willingness to learn and aptitude to work flexibly
