Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HC Generalists and business stakeholders to drive the hiring process forward while ensuring a seamless all-around recruiting experience, both internally and externally

  • To play an active role and act as primary liaison in all aspects of the recruitment process, from scheduling and monitoring a high volume of candidate interviews, collect and track feedback, to helping facilitate offer acceptances

  • Maintain clean data and documentation in our applicant tracking system, and partner with recruiters and colleagues from the global HC team on ad hoc recruiting initiatives

  • Executive search fee tracking & payment processing

  • Coordinate with HC Generalists to compile and maintain search agreements

  • Troubleshoot all regional HRIS issues as required

  • Participate in various projects and events, help use data to inform future recruiting decisions, and contribute to the firm’s diversity initiatives

  • Serve as liaison between various Business Operations teams (IT, Finance, Legal & Compliance) to design, implement, and/or improve new and existing configuration including business processes

  • Coordinate onboarding with office management and HC Generalists – send new hire resumes and signed offer letters and provide start date, manager, office location etc.

  • Coordinate & Guide new hires through their onboarding processes

  • Draft integration plans for new hires

  • Responsible for initiating employee terminations/off-boarding with office management team

  • Assist in Benefits administration, play a supporting role in APAC’s Policy Renewal, Review, and Benchmarking efforts
    Working in close conjunction with local Office Managers, manage benefits enrolment for selected APAC locations

  • Benefits-related invoice fee tracking & payment processing

 

Background:

  • 4 – 8 year’s experience in talent acquisition or HR operations from a leading financial services firm

  • Must have a valid HKID
