Attorney Recruiting Manager – Global Law Firm - Washington D.C.
A leading law firm is to hire an experienced Attorney Recruiter, with a background in either a legal or accounting firm to source top talent and grow their legal team. This role is open to candidates based in Washington D.C.

In this role, you will utilize your skills in full lifecycle recruiting to source, attract, and hire individuals for the firm’s legal team. You will partner with hiring managers to craft recruitment plans and set talent goals; expect to drive the offer and negotiation process, delivering an excellent candidate experience and maintaining confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information. You will also lead and manage on-campus recruitment initiatives and support all aspects of the summer associate recruitment program.
The ideal candidate has previous recruitment experience within the Legal industry and is extremely proactive about building relationships and partnering cross-functionally within the business. You must possess strong data analysis and reporting skills, be comfortable working in fast-paced environments, and have the ability to work autonomously. Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines will be a crucial component in this role.
You Must Have:
- At least 5+ years’ experience in recruiting (Professional Services/Legal preferred)
- At least 2 of the years must be in a management position
- Strong background in campus recruitment
- Experience utilizing recruitment and HR systems
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- A Bachelor’s degree
