Working closely with the VP Compensation & Benefits, this role is responsible for monitoring various Compensation & Benefit initiatives and programmes for the group. You will drive change in the region to ensure reward programmes are aligned, project objectives are met and enhancing data accuracy and efficiency. You will also be involved in assisting the management of other key HR projects in other areas such as talent management.
We are looking for a seasoned HR professional with a minimum of 10 years of HR experience in either rewards or project management gained from fast-paced multinationals. We are also seeking:
• Degree qualification
• Sound project management skills coupled with strong numerical sense and analytical ability
• An influential leader who is able to work with all levels and nationalities
• Outstanding communication skills in English; Cantonese and Mandarin fluency would be ideal
