Located in Manhattan, our client is a leading Law Firm, looking for a Benefits Analyst to join their team.

The successful candidate will have superior organizational and communication skills and approach their work with a positive, high-energy attitude. They will be responsible for analyzing and reporting data related to ongoing Benefits projects, programs and plans, and will maintain and build relationships with brokers, third party administrators, and insurance carriers for the firm. They will also be responsible for coordinating financial, claims and utilization data relating to all benefit plans firm-wide.
The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of the terms and conditions of all US health and welfare plans, knowledge of accounting, principles, general ledger, budgeting and budget variance analysis, and knowledge of compensation and, benefits practices.
In addition you must have:
- 3 to 5 years of related Benefits administration experience
- A Bachelor’s degree
- An ideal candidate will possess knowledge and proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems, preferably PeopleSoft as well as knowledge and proficiency in PC applications, including MS Office
