A large, global technology/media firm is building their Benefits Team and is consequently looking for a Benefits Operations Analyst (focusing on EMEA) to be based in New York City.

This newly created role reports into the Global Benefit Operations Leader and will see you establishing best practice benefit policy and systems, making you a vital member of the Benefits Function. You will primarily support the benefits operations for employees based in EMEA, giving you exposure to a global populations and projects. This includes overseeing accurate administration of benefits daily, vendor operational management, process improvement (local and global), data/audit and compliance management of benefits and be the interface between payroll, employee services and CoE (Benefits Function).
The ideal candidate has experience in benefits planning, design and strategy – specifically supporting EMEA. You will have come from a corporate environment and be both consultative and result focused. You will have working knowledge in health & welfare and voluntary benefit plans, Vendor Management, benefits reporting and project management skills. You must be comfortable working in a fast paced and Matrix style environment. This role requires extremely strong communication skills, analytical/numerical skills and attention to detail.
In addition you must have:
- Experience in benefits vendor management + supporting EMEA benefits
- Benefits Reporting
- Strong stakeholder management and experience resolving benefit issues
- A Bachelor’s degree
