A large, global Fin/Tech firm is building their Benefits Team and is consequently looking for a Benefits Operations/HRIS Analyst to be based in New York City.

This role will see you establishing best practice benefit policy and systems, making you a vital member of the Benefits Function. You will primarily support the benefits operations for employees. This includes overseeing accurate administration of benefits daily, vendor operational management, process improvement, data/audit and compliance management of benefits and be the interface between payroll, employee services and CoE (Benefits Function). You will also work within the company’s HR System (Workday), configuring benefit and absence plans, in support of changes and new plan implementations
The ideal candidate has experience in benefits planning, design and strategy. You will have come from a corporate environment and be both consultative and result focused. You will have working knowledge in health & welfare and voluntary benefit plans, Vendor Management, benefits reporting and project management skills. You must be comfortable working in a fast paced and Matrix style environment. This role requires extremely strong communication skills, analytical/numerical skills and attention to detail.
In addition you must have:
- 1-5 years’ experience with HRIS systems (including Workday)
- Experience with benefit program administration
- A Bachelor’s degree
