The Business Development Director will be responsible for overseeing and building out a brand new market for the business. You will be tasked with utilizing your Expatriate Tax/Consulting knowledge to effectively sell the organizations Global Compensation/Expatriate Tax solutions to corporate clientele across the Chicago market.
The ideal candidate has at least 5+ years’ experience working in an Expatriate Tax role for one of the Big 4 or in a consulting environment. This person must also have superior communication skills with a very strong executive presence. In addition you must have:
- Previous experience working for one of the Big 4 or a consulting firm
- At least 5+ years of Expatriate Tax experience
- Proven record of managing multiple projects and engagements for various clients
- Desire to utilize your industry knowledge in a business development/sales role
