As a business development manager, your role will be to develop relationships and sell solutions to sophisticated clients. A passion for consultative selling and keen interest in understanding client needs is therefore important to succeed in this role. Whilst this role has individual and team revenue targets, you will be working in a team and sharing ideas on how to approach different clients.
