Job Description

Our client is a fast-expanding retailing business with strong presence in Hong Kong. They are currently hiring for a seasoned C&B advisor to help drive relevant strategies to enhance business performance. 
 
 
Strategic C&B Advisory Position 
Hong Kong & Greater China Coverage 
Team Supervisory Exposure 
 
 
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will oversee the design and development of C&B strategy and programs to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive salary levels for all regions across HK and China. You’d plan and coordinate compensation processes inclusive of salary planning, bonus planning and incentive schemes development (from scratch). You will participate in C&B surveys and conduct salary information analysis to assess industry trends and provide proposal for annual promotion, and provide guidelines for annual salary increase. You will also continuously review and analyse current payroll, benefits and tax procedures in order to recommend and implement best practice operations. 
 
 
As the internal C&B Advisory, you’d provide top tier service and assistance to business stakeholders and work closely with HR and Business Partners to design and deliver retention plan/ schemes. Also you’d develop and implement payroll guidelines and procedures to maximize efficiencies and continuously review existing processes to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement.
 
 
The ideal candidate will be degree educated with minimum of 10+ year’s experience in C&B. You’d be hands on but also with capability advising business as a true business partner on best C&B practices. Candidate with experience working for fast-changing companies and immediate available candidates highly regarded. You’d also be well versed in HK and China labour ordinances. Chinese and English will be required.
