• C&B Program Management Position
Our client is one of the leading local listed conglomerates with business spanning across hospitality service and entertainment. To cope with rapid business expansion across HK & Macau region, our client is currently looking for a seasoned C&B Program Manager (experienced in designing and executing C&B projects) to join as part of the growing HR team.
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will review and manage the various C&B programmes and ensure it’s competitiveness relative to the market practice and standards, including job grading, salary benchmarking, short and long term incentive schemes, performance bonus etc. You will also work closely with senior stakeholders within the business, advising on all C&B issues aligned with labour law and business objectives. Furthermore, this role partners closely with the internal HR team driving different salary surveys, data collection, job evaluation and analysis to ensure the company’s market competitiveness. Occasional travel to Macau will be required.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated with a minimum of 12 years’ experience acquired from multinational environment or experience from HR Consulting firms highly regarded. You will be a strong project manager with tactful communications and people handling skills, whilst also demonstrate a strong track record in designing and managing C&B projects. English and Chinese will be required for this role.
