As a key member of a lean APAC campus team, you will drive the full cycle of intern, analyst and associate (MBA) hiring programmes covering all the bank’s business units across the region. This will entail developing strategy, branding/marketing, organising and attending campus fairs and other events, screening and interviewing candidates, and managing offers. You will also build strong relationships with senior business stakeholders to understand their strategy and requirements.
The successful candidate will be a proven HR professional with a passion for developing the careers of young people. They will be highly proactive, organised and fast-paced, possessing excellent people skills but also comfortable dealing with numbers. They will have campus recruitment experience, and be well-versed in working closely with demanding senior hiring managers. Further, the successful candidate will specifically demonstrate:
- At least five years of prior HR experience, including involvement in graduate recruitment
- Excellent written and spoken English; other Asian languages are highly advantageous
- Degree qualification in a relevant discipline
- Willingness to travel regionally
