Job Description

This leading global independent advisory firm provides strategic and financial advice to a broad client base, including corporations, institutions, and governments. They are seeking a Campus Recruiter to execute the U.S. campus recruiting strategy and act as a primary point of contact between the business, schools, diversity partners and candidates. 

 

  • Global firm of approximately 600 employees 

  • Firm advising clients across a range of the most active industry sectors and international markets.  

  • Report to the Global Head of Campus Recruiting and join a team of 20 HR professionals 

 

This individual will assist with the planning of the global intern training program and targeted diversity programs. They will work with the Associate Campus Recruiter in managing the execution of campus hiring strategy to source advisory intern and full-time hires, with specific responsibility for 2-3 U.S. offices. The successful candidate will partner with school career centers, student clubs and diversity partners to develop and drive creative, competitive recruiting strategies. 

 

The candidate should excel working in a demanding environment and thrive in a role offering a wide degree of variety. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, eager to learn and hard working. 

 

In Addition You Must Have: 

  • Full COVID-19 vaccinations 

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1 – 3 years of campus recruiting experience, financial services industry preferred 

  • Organizational skills and must be detail oriented and able to prioritize and multi-task 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills 

  • Excellent judgment and trustworthiness with highly confidential information 

  • Team-oriented and independent working abilities 

  • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, HRIS) 

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System, Oleeo preferred but not required
