Reporting to the Group Resourcing Director, you will play a key role setting up the company’s Campus Recruitment. You will be responsible for designing the program and executing the full cycle of campus recruitment. Additionally, it will be crucial for you to stablish and strengthen strategic partnerships with key target Universities and promoting the company employer brand amongst target students.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and pro-active HR Campus Recruitment professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience gained from a fast-paced multinational environment. This role will require someone who can embrace and drive changes with confidence and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Retail sector experience would be ideal.
In addition we are looking for:
• A degree qualification
• Able to perform under high pressure
• Strong track record of managing the campus recruitment function independently
• Language fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
