An international Legal firm is looking for a Campus Recruitment Manager to join the team to focus on graduate recruitment for Singapore.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Management based in Singapore, you will handle the end to end campus recruitment process. This would include managing campus activities, building and managing good relationships with tertiary institutions and related student societies, and supporting employee branding initiatives. You will cover the recruitment of interns and trainees and the management of the trainee program, conduct career development meetings giving advice and guidance, coordinate appraisals. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying training needs and supporting the delivery, when required.
To be successful in this role you should have campus recruitment and resourcing experience ideally in a professional services environment. You should have strong time management skills with the ability to multitask. You must have excellent communication skills, be deadline and solutions oriented, be able to work independently while comfortable working in a partnership environment.
Additionally, you will also have the following –
- University educated with a degree in Human Resources or other business related degree
- Minimum of five years’ graduate recruitment experience in an MNC, with a legal or professional services firm
- Possess excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
