A world renowned professional services firm is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Career Development/Coaching professional to join their global team.
International working environment
Reporting to the Head of Career Development, your core responsibility will be to lead the conceptualisation, implementation, and management of any development and coaching initiatives for executives. Acting as the face of career development and coaching, you are responsible for individual advisory sessions with the executives and be the go-to person for external vendors. Additionally, you have to work in tandem with the communications team for the development of materials to build visibility of these services.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is comfortable with a fluid and fast-paced multicultural work environment. A sound understanding and strong track record of executive recruitment, career coaching or training is required. You should have well developed networking abilities as well as excellent organisation and project management skills. We are also looking for the following:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or other business subject
Minimum of eight years’ experience in in executive search or corporate training
Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to advice, influence and consult with senior business leaders
