A global commodities company is looking for an experienced Change, Communication and Education Consultant to –
•Coach leaders and managers to build their change leadership and management capabilities as they lead their teams through change
•Consult as needed on various change initiatives being executed within the region.
•Lead development of CCE capability building activities within regional leaders, managers and staff.
•Evaluate progress and performance execution against goals.
As an experienced Change, Communication and Education Consultant you will responsible for helping to drive the change, communication and education activities within the APAC region.
You will be university educated with excellent communication skills. A passion for developing people is essential as well as a proven track record of supporting employees on a change journey. You will be confident and have strong influencing skills. In addition to excellent problem solving skills you will have the following –
•At least 8 years of HR experience
•Strong change programs knowledge or at the minimum involvement in at least one large change transformation is a must
•Experience of supporting senior stakeholders
•Strong delivery skills
