As Change Management and Organisational Development Manager you will be responsible for driving Human Resources change programmes, securing buy-in from senior stakeholders and ensuring projects are delivered successfully in a timely and quality manner and with maximum employee engagement. You will help support the organisation’s drive to building a future ready working environment utilising AI and robotics to help improve HR processes and systems. Additionally you will utilise workforce planning to identify long term HR needs and employ the latest project management methodologies to promote a culture of operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will be university educated with a degree in human resources or other relevant business related subject. You will be an experienced change manager with a proven track record of delivering varied and complex projects. Additionally you will have a sound knowledge of human resources at a strategic level and will have the ability to work under pressure, with ambiguity and within tight deadlines.
Additionally you will possess the following -
• Minimum eight years’ change management experience with previous financial services a major plus
• Outstanding influencing and relationship management skills at a senior level
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in both written and spoken English
