A multinational technology services and products firm is looking for a strong Change Management Executive to support their implementation of a new HRIS system across the region:

Your main responsibility as a Change Management Executive will be to evaluate the impact of changes of the new processes post implementation, and designing materials and initiating various platforms to facilitate employees in this transition. As part of the transition process, you will be required to have a clear understanding of existing and future processes in order to identify potential key areas of concern for users and in turn provide solutions to mitigate these concerns.
We require a candidate who has strong proven experience in administering or supporting change programs, either in a HR function or in a technical function supporting HR. You must be familiar with project management planning and also stages of the project lifecycle. You will have an excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, as well as the ability to work in a fast pace and collaborative environment. You are exceptionally meticulous and highly organized. Excellent communications and presentation skills are essential. In addition, we are also looking for:
- At least 3 years of HR Change Management experience
- Experience in HR systems e.g. SAP, Workday, Peoplesoft
- Independent self-starter as well as a good team player in an ambiguous environment
