Our client is a Learning & Development consultancy for financial services, is seeking a capable projects professional.

The core of the role is to handle all of the logistics for training programmes. This will entail methodical planning, budgeting, organising instructors, coordinating and following up with clients, finding venues and invoicing. You will be responsible for maintaining client relationships and manage the administration of all logistical information for the training programmes.
The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with clients and colleagues alike. They will be organised, able to multi-task, work independently, and ensure all logistics are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. They will be detail orientated, with at least some exposure to HR, and have the technical knowledge to execute projects such as methodology, budgeting, finance and systems. Further, the successful candidate will specifically demonstrate:
• At least 2 years of prior project/HR events management
• Degree qualification
• Experience with HR related projects
• Fluent written and spoken English; Mandarin and Cantonese are advantageous
