The Client Services Manager will be responsible for training, hiring and onboarding call center agents. You will provide coaching to the team on an ongoing basis. You will also ensure all employees follow the company's best practices for call center management and operations.
You must have strong communication skills as you will be developing presentations to motivate and educate call center agents. This role also requires extremely strong time-management skills as you will be responsible for handling multiple projects at a given time.
In addition you must have:
- At least 5+ years’ experience working in a management role in a call center environment
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Ability to interface with individuals on multiple levels
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to take ownership of all projects from start to finish
