Our client, an established global bank, is seeking an experienced, diligent C&B specialist to join their APAC team.
• Directly reporting to the Head of C&B
• Regional role
• Ample business exposure
As part of the APAC C&B team, you will support all C&B initiatives. This will entail responsibilities such as the annual cycle, benchmarking and insured benefits. You will respond to queries from the country and global teams, and develop knowledge in C&B policies and processes. Additionally, you will take the lead on implementation of the Global Wellbeing initiatives and ad-hoc requests of the C&B team.
The successful candidate will be a proven C&B professional with strong hands-on experience in C&B processes and tasks. They will be highly analytical and numerical in their approach, comfortable working across large data sets. They will also be articulate and comfortable communicating with the global team and Business Partners. Further, the successful candidate will specifically demonstrate:
• At least 3 years of relevant Compensation & Benefit experience
• Preferably APAC regional coverage within the financial services sector
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English, any other Asian languages will be advantageous
