Reporting to the Head of HR, this role will be responsible for HR annual budgeting and the design and implementation of the group’s compensation & benefit structure and programmes. You will ensure that C&B processes achieve consistency between functions and brands, and to ensure operational excellence for the HR function. You will assist to drive performance excellence and competitiveness for the organization through the design and injection of short-term incentives. This role will also involve salary surveys, performance management, bonus and commissions reviews, as well as benefit programmes and C&B compliance.
We are looking for a passionate and energetic C&B specialist with a minimum of 12 years’ experience gained from sizable and dynamic organizations, ideally with experienced gained from reputable consultancies as well/ To be successful in this role you will have strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. In addition, we are looking for:
• Degree qualification
• A proactive and innovative individual
• Extensive knowledge of Greater China C&B practices and labour legislations
• Language fluency in English and Mandarin
