A well-known Asian retail company is looking for an independent and driven individual to join their team in Singapore.

Sitting within the group HR team, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) activities, HRIS implementation, and supervising the work for the payroll executive. You will be working on rewards projects with your regional colleagues, reviewing of salary using internal and external data, and also conducting job evaluation to develop salary proposals. As and when required, you have to analyse and present reports on HR metrics.
The suitable candidate will be someone who is resilient, highly adaptable to constant process improvements, and also willing to learn. A minimum of seven years working experience in C&B is required for this role. Previous experience in Workday HRIS implementation is an advantage.
Previous experience working in a regional role or within an MNC is an advantage. In addition to this we are also looking for:
- Resourcefulness and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of compensation & benefits legislation (ideal)
- Ability to manage a high volume of work under tight service delivery deadlines
- Strong in MS Excel skills
